Location
The LePley Law Firm is located on the fourth floor of the Newport Place Building, across the street from the Factoria Commercial Center, in Bellevue, Washington. We represent clients around the state and across the country and practice in both state and federal courts.
For those unfamiliar with Bellevue, we are fifteen minutes West of downtown Seattle on the eastern shore of Lake Washington. The Factoria Commercial Center is located at the intersection of interstate’s 90 and 405.

From I-405:
Take the Coal Creek exit off of I-405 and turn (Left if Southbound and Right if Northbound) at the light.
Travel 1/4 mile up and turn left onto Factoria Blvd. SE.
The Newport Place Building is approximately 1/2 mile up on the right-hand side.
From I-90:
(Eastbound) Take the Richards Road/Factoria Blvd. exit and turn right at the light. The Newport Place Building is approximately 1/4 mile up on the left-hand side.
(Westbound) Take the interchange exit to I-405 Southbound.
Take the Coal Creek exit off of I-405 and turn left at the light.
Travel 1/4 mile up and turn left onto Factoria Blvd. SE.
The Newport Place Building is approximately 1/2 mile up on the right-hand side.
